Rates are specific to the male population. The ranking covers 183 countries, exceeding the 80-country coverage threshold. All 183 countries (100%) have data from within the last 7 years, and 100% of datapoints are classified as official quality, above the 70% threshold. No extreme outliers were detected at the 3-standard-deviation level. The value range is 9.4 to 364.9, representing a 3,781.9% spread. A limitation of this metric is that cause-of-death attribution relies on modeled estimates in countries with incomplete vital registration, which may introduce uncertainty into country-level values.
