Just below the ceiling, Argentina, Egypt, and Tunisia rank 62nd at 99.9%, while Viet Nam ranks 74th at 98.7% and Morocco ranks 76th at 98.1%.

No extreme outliers were detected at the three-standard-deviation threshold. The average year-over-year change across the dataset is 2.5%, well within the 50% volatility threshold. The full value range is 0% (South Sudan) to 100% (61 countries), representing a 999% relative spread. No microstates under one million population were flagged in the dataset.
